The collection contains an article by Miss Gordon "Notes concerning the friendship between Thomas Jefferson and Justin Pierre Plumard de Rieux." In addition the collection contains a clipping "Mahanes plans restoration of old Market Street building" concerning the restoration of a building at 600 Market Street by local builder Carter Mahanes; and a letter with two photographs from Lucretia R. Bishko to Nancy Gordon concerning the building's unusual cornice and early brickwork .
